Aylward Solutions builds custom software and websites for Irish businesses. It is run by Jack Aylward, based in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare. Wherever these Terms refer to a visitor, prospective client or client interacting with Aylward Solutions, they apply equally to any individual or organisation in that role.
In plain English: these Terms describe what it's possible to expect from Aylward Solutions, what Expecting from the visitor, and the limits of what Aylward Solutions is responsible for. They're written to be fair, not one-sided.

Aylward Solutions is welcome to use this website for personal or business purposes, provided clients do so lawfully and respectfully. Clients agree not to:

For work Delivering under a project engagement, intellectual property is handled separately under the project agreement with Aylward Solutions. Always agree those terms with clients up-front, in writing.
04Services & engagements
This website describes the services on offer but doesn't constitute a binding offer to provide them. A working engagement begins only once Has agreed scope, timeline and pricing with clients in writing, and acceptance has been confirmed in writing.
Where Delivering services, it will:
Provide them with reasonable skill, care, and professional standards.
Communicate progress openly and respond to questions within reasonable timeframes.
Stick to the scope and timeline Has agreed, or talk to the visitor promptly if something changes.
Expecting clients to:
Provide the information, content and decisions reasonably needed to do the work.
Respond to requests for input within reasonable timeframes.
Pay invoices in line with the agreed payment schedule.
05Quotes & payment
Quotes provided through this website or by email are estimates based on the information shared with Aylward Solutions. A binding price is set in the signed project agreement.
Specific payment terms, deposits, milestones, currency, invoicing intervals and accepted payment methods, are agreed in writing in each project agreement. As a general rule:
Invoices are payable within the timeframe specified on the invoice (typically 14 days).
Late or unpaid invoices may, at Aylward Solutions discretion, pause project work and may attract reasonable late-payment interest in line with Irish statutory rates.
All amounts are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
06Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The website and any information on it are provided on an "as is" basis. Making reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, but No guarantee that every piece of information is error-free or always available.
Aylward Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, opportunity, or data, arising from the use of the website or any service delivered.
For services delivered, the total aggregate liability under or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid (or payable) for that engagement.
